  • 48 hours in jail mandatory up to 6 months
  • $500 up to $5000 fine
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS)
  • Possible Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • License suspension for 6 months
  • Possible Occupational Limited License (OLL) after 2 months

First Offense PA DUI/Drunk Driving Charge BAC (BAC .16 or greater, or refusal)

  • 72 hours in jail mandatory, up to 6 months
  • $1000 fine, up to $5000
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS)
  • Mandatory Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • License suspension for 12 months
  • Possible Occupational Limited License (OLL) after 2 months

Second (2nd) Offense PA DUI/Drunk Driving Charge ( BAC .08-.99)

  • 5 days in jail, mandatory minimum, up to 6 months in jail
  • $300-$2500 fine
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS)
  • Mandatory Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • Driver's license suspended for 1 year
  • Ignition Interlock Device required on your car for 1 year when license is reinstated

Second (2nd) Offense PA DUI/Drunk Driving Charge ( BAC .10-.159)

  • mandatory minimum 30 days in jail up to 6 months maximum
  • $300-$2500 fine
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS)
  • Mandatory Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • Driver's license suspended for 1 year
  • Ignition Interlock Device required on your car for 1 year when license is reinstated

Second (2nd) Offense PA DUI/Drunk Driving Charge ( BAC .16 or higher, or refusal)

  • mandatory minimum 90 days in jail up to 5 years maximum
  • $500-$5000 fine
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS)
  • Mandatory Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • Driver's license suspended for 1 year
  • Ignition Interlock Device required on your car for 1 year when license is reinstated

Third (3rd) Offense PA DUI/Drunk Driving Charge (BAC .08-.99)

  • mandatory minimum 10 days in jail up to 2 years maximum
  • $1500-$5000 fine
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Mandatory Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • Driver's license suspended for 1 year
  • Ignition Interlock Device required on your car for 1 year as a condition of license reinstatement

Third (3rd) Offense PA DUI/Drunk Driving Charge (BAC .10-.159)

  • mandatory minimum 90 days in jail up to 5 years maximum
  • $500-$5000 fine
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Mandatory Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • Driver's license suspended for 18 months
  • Ignition Interlock Device required on your car for 1 year as a condition of license reinstatement

Third (3rd) Offense PA DUI/Drunk Driving Charge (BAC .16 + or refusal)

  • mandatory minimum 1 year in jail up to 5 years maximum
  • $2500-$10000 fine
  • Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluation and Mandatory Drug and Alcohol assessment & treatment
  • Driver's license suspended for 18 months
  • Ignition Interlock Device required on your car for 1 year as a condition of license reinstatement
